Submit a Facility Rental Request online at Reservations, or for more information call (309) 434-2260. Office staff will call within 48 business hours to finalize rental requests. No Payment is Due at the time of submitting your online request. The fee will automatically be placed on your account. After you speak with our office staff to finalize details of your rental request is when payment is due.

The pavilion at Miller Park was built at a cost of $45,000 in 1905, and was one of the finest pavilions ever put in a public park. It was designed by George Miller and is noted for its excellent acoustic properties for dance bands.

This unique landmark was restored in 1977 and continues to be a popular spot for a variety of activities. Rates vary depending upon room size and type of event. Reservations can be made starting January 1 of one year for the following year. (i.e. January 1, 2007 reservations start for 2008 rentals).

The indoor facilities must be scheduled for a minimum of three (3) hours. Various areas are available for rental (see chart below). Payment is due at time of booking for rental space. This payment is non-refundable. Damage Deposits are due 30 days before the event. Commercial enterprises including businesses or corporations for profit will be charged twice the rate.

Because of the Miller Park Pavilion building set-up, any rental involving music must rent out the entire main and upper levels.

Space Descriptions

Entire Main Level - Large area with wooden floor and floor to ceiling windows. Overlooks Miller Park Lake. Capacity 200 - 250.

1/2 of Main Level - Partitions divide the main level into two smaller areas. The east side overlooks the lake; the west side faces the zoo. Capacity 100.

Upper or 3rd Level - Carpeted meeting room. Capacity 75.

East Porch - Outside area protected from the elements by an overhead balcony. Electricity and water are available. Capacity 50 - 60.

Dances - Includes entire main and upper levels.

Weddings, etc. - Includes entire main and upper levels. Alcohol will not be considered from April 1st to October 31st. Liquor License must be obtained through Liquor Commission and approved by City Council. Contact the City Clerk to apply for a special liquor license after securing a rental date.

Miller Park Adult Center

Located in the lower level of Miller Park Pavilion is the Miller Park Adult Center at 1122 S. Morris Ave. This indoor facility is the perfect location for birthday parties, family gathering, showers, meetings, and much more. Facility contains a full kitchen, common area with TV, open floor plan, restrooms, and lake front views.

Capacity is 50. This facility must be rented for a minimum of 3 hours. Rental fee is $75.00 an hour. Payment is due at the time of booking and payment is non-refundable. Damage deposits of $150 are due 30 days before the event.

The Adult Center is available for rentals Monday through Friday from 3:00PM – 10:00pm. Weekend rentals are available from 9:00AM – 10:00PM, however requests are finalized and booked the Thursday prior to the requested weekend. The Adult Center is available for an add on when renting the whole Miller Park Pavilion for weddings/dances.
