highland park courseHighland Park Golf Course

The City of Bloomington's first venture into the golf business was Highland Park Golf Course. Built in the 1930s, this golf course offers old, mature trees lining each fairway, making accuracy an absolute must on the 5,539-yard course. In addition to the narrow fairways, small greens make for a challenging round. USGA Course Ratings and Slope Ratings are 66.9 and 111, respectively. A hilly terrain with a beautiful creek meandering through the course makes this a very scenic golf course.

Highland Park Golf Course has served as the host course for the Illinois High School Association's Girls State Championship. Golf Digest Places to Play has given Highland Park a 3-star rating. You are challenged to find a better value than that of Highland Park.

The full-line Golf Shop carries a great selection of golf equipment and apparel at discount prices. We look forward to seeing you at Highland Park!
